From the initial quote, to the permit process, to delivery and installation every step of the way was transparent, well explained, and handled in a professional manner. The quality of the windows is great, my insurance and cooling costs are down, and my home value is up. Thank you to Brandon and the Patriot team for your excellent work and attention to detail. I am so glad I was recommended to contact Ricky with Patriot Windows and Doors.
Before I talked to Ricky and Nestor, I received four quotes to replace all my sliding glass doors and my bathroom window to impact. I was not happy with any of them. I was recommended by a coworker to call Ricky and I’m so glad I did.
They went above and beyond to replace a broken sliding glass door just so that I could be cleared by my appraiser in order to receive a portion of my loan that the bank was holding.
The windows and sliding glass doors only took a few weeks to get here. They installed everything in a couple of days and once again Ricky and Nestor went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy with the finished product. They took their time and went over everything to a sure I was satisfied.

Ricky from Patriot Windows went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our front door. They first installed our windows and we did not hesitate to call them when we were ready to change our front door.
